1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- Yearly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing year.
We do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@swiftools.com with your order details.
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Renewal payments (unless requested within 24 hours of the renewal charge).
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
