Our Story
Swiftools started from a simple frustration: too many everyday work tasks are repetitive, manual, and slow — but the existing solutions are either overpriced enterprise software or complex automation platforms that take hours to set up.
We noticed that professionals across IT, marketing, sales, and support were wasting hours every week on tasks that should take seconds: manually checking Google Sheets for new form responses, retyping the same Jira ticket fields over and over, sending campaigns to email lists full of invalid addresses.
So we started building tools that fix these specific pain points — one at a time. Each Swiftools product targets a single workflow gap, installs directly inside the platform you already use (Google Workspace, Chrome, Jira), and works within minutes of setup. No new accounts to create, no complex configurations to learn.

Our tools are add-ons and extensions that install directly inside Google Forms, Google Sheets, Chrome, Edge, and Jira. You don't create a new account or learn a new dashboard — the tool appears inside the software you're already using.
Respect user data
Browser extensions store data locally on your machine — nothing leaves your browser. Google Workspace add-ons process form data in real time for delivery and don't retain your submissions. We don't sell or share user data.
Price fairly
We offer free tiers on all products so you can evaluate before paying. Paid plans are priced as affordable alternatives to enterprise automation platforms that charge 5-10x more for the same specific workflow.
